Mecha characters are currently not within my skillset, so I am unlikely to accept commissions with them. This does not apply to characters with minimal/simple mechanical features.

I accept commissions for banners, emotes, hold/wait screens and avatars for Twitch/Youtube/Vtubers. However, please keep in mind that I do not offer model-rigging or animation services, only stationary assets.

Disrespectful language and behavior will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to cancel and terminate your commission if any hateful, discriminative or abusive language or other inappropriate actions are directed towards me, or other involved parties.

I do not respond to messages over the weekends or any major holidays.

I reserve the right to decline any commission, for any reason.

As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork created and may upload it to my social media or portfolio at any time. The client(s) retain all rights over their own original characters.

Private commissions may be purchased with a small fee. Commercial commissions and their full intended usage must be discussed first.

Clients are required to tag me as the original creator of their commission any time they post it online on their own page/socials/profiles.

Clients will always be tagged as the owners of their featured original characters any time I post their commission online.

My commissions are not intended to be modified, edited, traced, painted or colored.

My artwork is expressly forbidden from being used for any generative AI, roleplay AI, NFT or other cryptocurrency or AI purposes.

Full payment is required upfront.

Payment is done through ko-fi in EURO.

A rush fee will be charged for very short deadlines. The rate of this fee is calculated based on the complexity and time required.

Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions made to the commission.

After the payment is received, you may not cancel your commission or demand a refund. You are paying for my time as well as the final product of your commission. However, if you change your mind about commissioning me, you may cancel at any time before you pay.

By commissioning me, you warrant that you will not issue a chargeback for any reason.

You are solely responsible for any mistakes made on your part when processing payment.

Clients will be contacted to review the details of their commission when their request is processed and accepted into my schedule.

I will deliver one rough sketch for the client's confirmation after payment is received. One complete revision may be done during this step, free of charge. All following revisions, including reverting back to the original sketch, will be charged appropriately.

Once confirmed and approved, you will receive an estimate deadline and I will begin working on your commission.

If your commission takes longer than one week to complete, you will receive an update on the commission progress every 7 days.

The finished artwork(s) are delivered via email. Clients will receive a full-resolution image file for personal use and a lower-res file with a watermark for public sharing.
