I, the artist, maintain the ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights over all artwork commissioned from me.

Commissions are strictly for the client's personal use. All commercial purposes or requests must always be discussed with me in advance. Commercial rights cannot be purchased after delivery.

I request that all my clients attempt to respond within 48 hours to all updates, questions, etc. Your commission will be paused until a clarification, response or an update confirmation is received.

You are purchasing digital artwork. Your commission will be delivered in a 300dpi .PNG file via the email provided to me.

Commissions are public. This means that I, the artist, maintain the right to post them on my social media/portfolio at any time. Private commissions come with a small fee.

I have the right to decline any commission, for any reason.

Disrespectful language and behavior will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to cancel and terminate your commission if any hateful, discriminative or abusive language or other inappropriate actions are directed towards me, or other involved parties.

My work is (and always will be) done without AI assistance. Using artwork commissioned from me to train AI programs or trade with, or for NFTs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent blacklisting of the client.

I hold a strict 'no refunds' policy.

Full payment is required after the client approves of the initial sketch of their commission. Further work on the commission will be paused until this payment is completed and received.

Payment is done via ko-fi using (€) EURO. PayPal may be used as an alternative under certain conditions, such as high-priced bulk orders or commercial commission use.

A (€20 to €50) 'rush fee' will be charged for commissions with strict deadlines shorter than 5 days. The rate of this fee is based on the complexity of the request and the time required to fulfill it.

Commercial rights are charged x2 to x3 the original price of your commission. This must always be discussed with me in advance.

All major revisions, as well as excessive minor revisions, will be charged appropriately. You will always be warned upfront if any requested revision should be charged extra, and for how much.

I will notify you when your commission is started and deliver one rough sketch for approval and confirmation. One complete revision may be done during this step. All following revisions, including reverting back to the original sketch, will be charged appropriately.

After sketch approval, you may choose to no longer receive updates to speed up the commission process. However, by doing so, you will forsake your ability to make any revisions. You may resume or cancel your commission updates at any point if you change your mind.

Commission updates will be sent every Friday to clients who choose to receive them. Further progress will be paused until you deliver confirmation that you do not wish to make any revisions. If your commission takes less than a week to complete, you will receive your updates at a custom time frame.

All commission updates will be delivered in a low-resolution file.

All updates, as well as the finished commission, will be sent via the email you provide to me at the beginning of your commission. This email cannot be changed, so please ensure that it is correct.

Deadline of your commission will be provided upon accepting your commission. If you need your commission finished by a certain date, you are required to notify me beforehand or immediately after receiving the estimate deadline, or I may not be able to finish your commission in time.

Completed commissions are always delivered in 300dpi .PNG files.

As the artist, I maintain all rights over the finished artwork, including all WIP images created in the process.

The final product of the commission is strictly for the client's personal use, unless commercial rights have been paid for as well.

Visible credit is required when posting or using your commission online in any form (including avatars, profile pictures and banners).

You may not remove my watermark, claim the artwork as your own creation or edit/trace/modify it without my explicit permission.

You may not use my artwork in any technology related to NFTs (non-fungible tokens), generative AI or cryptocurrency.
